We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of remedial projects that make a real impact. What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex remedial projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
Perform advanced defect assessments and oversee remediation designs.
Prepare fee proposals, tender documentation, and expert reports for legal contexts (e.g., NCAT).
Manage contract administration, including contractor claims and inquiries.
Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor of Engineering or Construction & Project Management (or equivalent).
7+ years’ experience in structural design and remedial solutions.
Expertise in waterproofing, weatherproofing, concrete spalling, corrosion resistance, and defect inspections.
Strong contract administration skills and knowledge of NCC and building codes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver innovative solutions.
