Job Description

RAKBANK, also known as the National Bank of Ras Al-Khaimah, is a Public Joint Stock Company based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). It was founded in 1976 and is one of the oldest banks in the UAE. The Bank operates within retail and corporate banking, offering a range of services including personal and business banking, credit cards, loans, investment services, and wealth management

The Bank has been successful in achieving the highest profitability and lowest cost of risk since 2015. • Collaborate effectively with Relationship Managers by providing timely and insightful feedback to support business goals.
• Conduct sales with utmost integrity and professionalism, maintaining transparency in every interaction.
• Act promptly on customer requests, ensuring resolution within defined turnaround times (TATs).
• Submit error-free applications with precision and maintain 100% accuracy in documentation.
• Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to facilitate smooth and efficient processing of applications.
• Adhere strictly to HR policies, organizational guidelines, and the professional Code of Conduct.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and TATs as outlined in operational procedures.
• Strategically minimize individual claw backs, ensuring they remain within the organization’s mandated targets for the financial year.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Sales in UAE market will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of banking/RAKBANK retail products.
