Job Description
Keller Executive Search partners with organizations across North America and Europe to fill senior and executive-level roles. We are hiring a results-driven Recruiter who wants to work beyond local markets, build global search experience, and unlock significantly higher commission potential.
You’ll be supported by a strong internal infrastructure, including modern recruitment systems and a dedicated marketing function, allowing you to focus on delivering quality placements rather than administrative work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead in-depth screening and evaluation conversations with management and executive-level professionals to assess suitability and alignment.
• Partner closely with internal sourcing specialists to maintain a consistent flow of well-qualified talent.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment performance data to refine search strategies and improve overall outcomes.
• Demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end recruitment practices, with a strong focus on senior and leadership placements.
• Comfortable working with contemporary recruiting platforms, systems, and digital tools.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and deal-closing abilities.
Requirements:
• Experience working within professional hiring environments, with clear insight into how search firms operate behind the scenes
• Consistent success engaging, evaluating, and advancing candidates at leadership level
• Self-starting and action-oriented, bringing high energy, sharp thinking, and creative problem-solving to daily work
• Background in managing workflows and applying strategic judgment to complex situations
• Polished and credible communicator when dealing with senior, international stakeholders
• Genuine interest in building relationships with new organizations and professionals across global markets
• Comfortable influencing decision-makers and positioning services as business solutions
Qualifications
• At least two years of hands-on experience in recruitment, account management, or partnership-focused roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in negotiation and relationship building
• Comfortable working with standard business software, including Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
