Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist with a strong sourcing and headhunting background to support high-volume hiring for both global clients and internal operations.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building talent pipelines from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across operations, corporate, and client-delegated positions
Drive active sourcing and headhunting using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, and direct outreach
Execute advanced Boolean search strategies to identify hard-to-find and niche talent
Manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality, accuracy, and turnaround targets
Conduct behavioral and skills-based interviews; assess role and culture fit
Prepare Cybalink-standard CVs and candidate summary profiles for endorsement
Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to validate job requirements and hiring priorities
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and forecasted hiring needs
Track candidate progress, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring metrics using ATS and recruitment trackers
Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, templates, and sourcing strategies
Perform other Recruitment-related tasks as required to support business operations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of solid recruitment experience
Strong background in sourcing, headhunting, and Boolean search (non-negotiable)
Proven experience handling high-volume recruitment in BPO, shared services, or staffing environments
Hands-on experience hiring for both client-facing and internal roles
Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure
Tech-savvy and confident using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel/Sheets, and recruitment platforms
Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, Morning Schedule)
