AdalFi is a leading fintech company revolutionizing digital lending in Pakistan. We build intelligent credit infrastructure for banks, enabling them to make real-time, automated lending decisions using advanced data science, machine learning, and AI technologies.
We are hiring a results-driven Senior Recruitment Specialist with over 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the Software and IT industry. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter tools, with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier talent in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
• Effectively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter tools, job boards, social media platforms, and internal talent databases.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows within the ATS.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leads to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely feedback and a smooth hiring experience.
• Monitor and report recruitment metrics regularly to the HR team and leadership.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of solid recruitment experience, preferably in a Software or IT company.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter tools for sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Strong proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment workflow management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
