Senior Recruiting Coordinator, University Recruiting

IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is looking for an extremely organized, detail-oriented and high energy Senior Coordinator to join our University Recruiting team. In this role, you will work side by side with the university recruiting team, hiring managers, and peers across technical teams within IXL to help ensure that we hire the best individuals to work toward our mission. #LI-TL1

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with new graduates as they launch their careers, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You will excel at organizing and coordinating events and programs to support our university recruiting efforts and truly enjoy being a resource for our new grad applicants.

This is a full-time position in our San Mateo, CA headquarters office. The work schedule for this role is Monday-Friday in the office.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Partner with our university recruiting team to deeply understand hiring needs and support student and university recruiting programs and events

• Schedule a high volume of candidate interviews in a timely and consistent manner, with exceptional attention to detail

• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for onsite interview candidates and employees traveling to fairs

• Host and manage onsite interview candidates while they are in the office

• Become an expert on IXL Learning to answer questions from candidates about our products, positions, and company culture

• Maintain a seamless and efficient candidate experience that results in a positive impression of IXL Learning, regardless of the outcome

• Coordinate campus activities such as organizing career fairs and events including fair registration, team attendance, tracking, stocking and shipping of company swag and booth materials

• Keep organized notes and records of hiring and process data

• Assist with screening candidates for entry level technical openings as needed

• Provide general administrative support for university recruiting

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• BA/BS degree required

• 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, experience supporting University Recruiting is a plus

• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills

• Highly self-motivated and driven to perform well

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication skills and ability to cultivate great relationships with stakeholders and team members

• Experience with Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Passionate about education and technology

The base salary range for this full-time position is $71,000 to $75,000 + benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
