We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles in tech, marketing, finance, and other business areas. 

Responsibilities

Identify and engage active and passive candidates across various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks

Conduct comprehensive market research to assess the talent landscape and build candidate pipelines

Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Conduct recruitment screens 

Maintain candidate database via Applicant Tracking Systems

Maintain and improve recruitment processes

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in tech companies

Hands-on experience with advanced sourcing techniques

Excellent English, both written and verbal 

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Exceptional writing skills

Ability to meet tight deadlines
