Our business is growing rapidly in Japan, and we’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who genuinely loves what they do and thrives in fast-paced environments. This is a high-impact role where you’ll help shape the future of our organization by identifying and hiring exceptional talent to support our expansion.As part of our diverse and global recruiting team, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to understand hiring needs, anticipate growth, and design effective talent acquisition strategies. You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates, and help elevate our executive recruiting practices across the company.

What You Will Do

• Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations through a deep understanding of role requirements

• Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the ability to assess candidate's fit for business in a long term, understand their motivation and sell Rocket Now to attract them

• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences

• Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate within an appropriate and consistent timeline

• Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent

• Articulate in writing a plan with deliverable, timelines and a formal tracking process per the requisition s/he handles

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of demonstrated experience in recruiting

• Business level in English and Japanese

• Expertise in full lifecycle recruiting aspects, salary trends

• Ability to thrive in uncertainty and love for numbers and metrics

• Who has excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.

• Who is capable to thrive in a start-up and fast paced environment.
