Job Description

We are currently looking for an independent and proactive Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including hiring for fast-growing industries such as Сonstruction, Real estate, Marketing, Сrypto, Web3, and tech.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, create job descriptions, and build strong partnerships throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop sourcing strategies and attract candidates through various channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess both soft and hard skills.
• Guide candidates through the entire hiring process — from the first contact to offer and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in internal HR systems.

Requirements:
• Experience in recruitment, preferably in IT, digital, or startup environments.
• Strong spoken English (B2 or higher) - you will work with international candidates and clients.
• Interest in Construction/Real Estate/Marketing/Crypto/Web3 industries.
• Experience in recruitment agencies will be a plus.
