Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based companies across multiple industries. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of recruitment experience, strong organizational skills, and a proven track record of sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top talent.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and extending offers.
Lead proactive sourcing efforts across multiple channels, with a strong focus on identifying and engaging high-quality candidates for specialized and hard-to-fill roles.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires.
Conduct independent searches for specialized or hard-to-fill roles.
Assist employees and candidates with HR-related inquiries.
Run hiring and HR reports, including headcount, attrition, and pipeline analysis.
Participate in virtual job fairs and other recruitment events to attract talent.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination, ideally across multiple industries.
Strong sourcing and talent-mapping background, with proven experience filling specialized or hard-to-fill roles.
Experience hiring for US-based roles and familiarity with US employment practices.
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Exceptional verbal and written English skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Skype, and familiarity with CRM/HRIS tools (e.g., Salesforce, BambooHR) is a plus.
Must be able to work in a US time zone (PST) and commit to a minimum of 45 hours per week.
