About the Role:
Our Senior Recruiter is responsible for supporting our internal business partners, managing full-cycle recruitment efforts to bring new talent to their teams, while providing exceptional experiences as an adviser to candidates and internal business partners. You will be an integral partner in managing our ATS platform and recruiting processes across the organization.
Partner with the VP of HR and HR team to build a robust and efficient recruiting process, including selecting and building out a strong ATS platform.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Build relationships and collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals.
Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities: online and internal databases, LinkedIn, employee referrals, events, networking, and research.
Source for a wide range of roles including Sales, IT/R&D, Finance, Professional Services, Marketing, Operations and Support.
Build proactive talent pipelines to support future departmental hiring needs.
Recruit for multiple teams and diverse locations across the US.
Work in a high-volume recruiting environment, balancing multiple priorities.
Collaborate with hiring managers to create enticing job postings for our positions.
Schedule and conduct phone interviews to qualify prospective candidates.
Arrange and host onsite interviews and virtual interviews.
Negotiate offers and close candidates in accordance with hiring goals.
Qualifications:
5+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience
Strong sales and technical recruitment background
The ability to navigate ambiguity and solve challenging problems
A positive, goal focused, team-oriented approach to your work
Superior communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
