Deine Aufgaben

Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung des gesamten Contract-Recruitment-Prozesses

Aufbau und Pflege eines Netzwerks an freiberuflichen Spezialist:innen in der Finanzdienstleistungs- und Life Science Branche

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden zur schnellen und präzisen Besetzung projektbasierter Rollen

Aktive Marktanalyse, Business Development und Vertragsverhandlungen

Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Prozesse im Contracting-Bereich

Dein Profil

Erfahrung im Recruiting mit Fokus auf Contract/temp/Freelancer

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung in einem relevanten Bereich

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2+)

Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick

Freude daran, Strukturen mit aufzubauen und in einem dynamischen Markt erfolgreich zu sein
