WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Recruiter to help us attract the best talent in the market. You will join our global Talent Acquisition team and report to our R&D Recruitment Lead.

In this role, you will take full ownership of one of the fastest-growing Engineering streams, become a strategic Talent partner to our hiring managers, leverage and nurture our global candidate pools, and work closely with the Employer Brand and the entire People team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

• Take full ownership of a dedicated hiring stream, partnering closely with stakeholders to act as a true Talent Acquisition business partner and analyzing business priorities, forecasting needs, and ensuring an always-on approach to scaling teams.

• Strategize on markets and talent pools, designing tailored approaches to attract, engage, and secure top talent across IC and leadership roles in your stream.

• Drive end-to-end talent partnership with hiring managers and business leaders: from defining role requirements to building pipelines, guiding interview processes, and closing offers.

• Apply your expertise across sourcing, channels strategy, marketing, events, and community building to attract and engage top talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth, high-quality experience throughout the entire hiring lifecycle.

• Leverage data and market insights to refine recruiting strategies and employer branding initiatives, advising senior leaders and staying ahead of emerging talent trends to maximize impact and effectiveness.

• Act as a brand ambassador: promote our culture and values while ensuring every candidate has a best-in-class experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING 💥

• 5+ years of experience working in Talent Acquisition in-house with the focus on Engineering - ideally with exposure to fast-scaling product companies.

• Proven track record of successfully hiring engineering leaders (managers, directors, and above).

• High business acumen with the ability to understand company growth drivers and build long-term hiring strategies connected to business objectives at scale.

• Strong ability to build trusted partnerships and act as a strategic advisor to leadership and senior stakeholders.

• Skilled in using analytics to track funnels, measure efficiency, and optimize recruiting processes based on data-driven insights.

• Ability to switch between projects, set priorities, and effectively deal with a variety of information sources.

• Nice to have: Experience recruiting Python engineers and an established network in the Python ecosystem.
