About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can drive high-volume, high-quality hiring within tight deadlines. This role demands strong ownership, hustle, and a results-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate is someone who combines speed with precision—able to fill roles quickly while ensuring the best talent joins our team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously across different functions and levels.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.

• Deliver fast hiring turnaround times while maintaining high standards of candidate experience.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and translate them into hiring strategies.

• Use creative sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, direct outreach).

• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and sourcing quality.

• Represent the company professionally and passionately in all candidate interactions.

• Mentor junior recruiters and help streamline recruitment processes for scalability.

What You Have

• 3–5 years of proven experience in recruitment, ideally in fast-scaling tech or service-based environments.

• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets in short timelines.

• Expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across multiple job families.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Data-driven and comfortable using ATS tools, recruitment dashboards, and metrics.

• A self-starter with a “get-it-done” attitude and a passion for growth and speed.
