Position: Senior Recruiter – Home Care Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Remote (Latin America)
Role Overview: Seeking a motivated Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment of caregivers for US-based clients, focusing on home care. Ideal candidates have strong US hiring experience, particularly in healthcare, home care, or senior care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment from requisition through offer acceptance.
• Create and post job ads on various platforms including Indeed, job boards, social media, and referral networks.
• Review resumes, verify experience, availability, and work authorization.
• Conduct structured phone and video interviews.
• Present top candidates with notes and recommendations to operations teams.
• Coordinate background and reference checks as per US state regulations.
• Verify caregiver certifications and documentation (CNA, HHA, CPR, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client standards, and US labor laws.
• Maintain continuous communication and support for candidates.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 2-3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the US market (mandatory).
• Experience in healthcare/home care/senior care recruitment highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience with ATS or recruitment CRM systems.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher, capable of interviewing and communicating professionally.
