• Responsible for assisting in the processes necessary to meet monthly internal and quarterly SEC reporting requirements.• Responsible for general ledger accounting for three properties
• Review monthly budget to actual variance reports and prepare variance explanations
• Prepare detailed quarterly and year end supporting work-papers
• External joint venture financial reporting
• Preparation of audited financial statements for joint venture partners and lenders
• Debt compliance; reserve draws
• Reconciliation of intercompany accounts
• Familiarity with treatment of related party transactions
• Interface with the company's external auditors
• Oversee the completion of ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed
• Interface with personnel throughout the company to maintain the proper flow of information
• Assist in preparation of annual budgets and quarterly re-forecasts
• 8+ years of finance/accounting and systems related experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Less than 10 years of related experience in a Fortune Organization
• Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, JD Edwards World and/or Microsoft NAV strongly preferred
• Experience with Oracle/Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications, Kronos Time & Attendance and Ariba Procure-to-Pay preferred
$90K plus bonus
