Your Purpose

As a Senior React Native Engineer II in our Liquidity Fleet, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our mobile application strategy. You’ll help to lead the transition from native development to React Native to our Alpha application. This is your opportunity to drive innovation, mentor talented engineers, and leave a lasting impact on our product and user experience. Who You Are

Technical Expertise

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years of proven expertise in React Native development.

• Background in Android development (Kotlin/Java) to support our mobile transition.

• Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React Native’s component-based architecture.

• Skilled at architecting and delivering robust, scalable mobile solutions.

Leadership and Problem Solving:

• Demonstrated success leading technical initiatives and driving cross-functional collaboration.

• Exceptional analytical skills with a proactive approach to solving complex technical challenges.

• Experience mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

• Ability to champion best practices and guide teams through architecture and implementation.

Communication and Collaboration

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Skilled at driving team alignment to bring ambitious projects to life.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with React-Native-Web to extend solutions across platforms.

• Experience with Expo to streamline development workflows.

• Experience with native iOS development (Swift/Objective-C).

What You Will Do

• Help on leading the migration of our Alpha application from native to React Native, ensuring a seamless transition.

• Work closely with product and design teams to continuously enhance our Alpha product offering.

• Continuously identify and integrate the latest trends and technologies in React Native and mobile development.

• Implement features, ensure high performance, and address performance bottlenecks in React Native applications.

• Guide and mentor a team of engineers, sharing best practices and driving technical excellence.

• Help design a scalable architecture tailored to our business needs.
