We’re looking for a Senior React Native Developer who’s passionate about crafting engaging, high-performance mobile experiences. You’ll be a major contributor developing our white labelled mobile applications, front-end architecture and bridging React Native with native Android and iOS layers for top-tier reliability and speed. You’ll also collaborate closely with our React web app development team to complete different tasks; contributing to both our mobile and web ecosystems.

Mobile Development & Architecture:
• Design, build, and maintain high-quality React Native applications for Android with some occasional work on our iOS apps.
• Contribute to overall mobile architecture ensuring scalability, security, and seamless communication with our backend APIs and microservices.
• Build elegant, robust, reusable components and ensure consistent design across platforms.

Web Development & Architecture:
• Work with React (web), Tailwind CSS, and modern front-end build and development tools to ensure design and functional parity across platforms.
• Support front-end deployment and optimization pipelines using Nginx and related web technologies.

Collaboration & Delivery:
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to translate ideas into intuitive mobile and web experiences.
• Participate in sprint planning, architectural discussions, and design reviews.
• Deliver features from concept to deployment with a focus on quality, speed, and user delight.

Quality, Testing & Performance:
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with comprehensive unit and integration tests.
• Contribute on continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate testing and releases.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and UI glitches before they are a problem.

Leadership & Growth:
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of learning and craftsmanship.
• Help define our mobile development standards and contribute to long-term technical strategy.

What You Bring::
• 7+ years of professional mobile development experience, including 5+ years with React Native.
• Proven expertise in native Android development (Kotlin/Java) and solid working knowledge of iOS (Swift/Objective-C).
• Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript, React Native internals, and native module bridging.
• Experience developing web applications using React, Tailwind CSS, and modern front-end tooling.
• Familiarity with Nginx and web application deployment practices.
• Experience with state management (Redux Toolkit or MobX).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or EAS Build).
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, offline storage, and mobile performance optimization.
• Strong version control skills (Git) and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Self-starter mindset — comfortable owning complex problems from design to production.

Bonus Points::
• Experience with automated E2E testing frameworks (Detox, Appium).
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Vitest).
• Knowledge of App Store / Play Store submission processes.
• Familiarity with Expo, EAS, or OTA (over-the-air) updates.
• Experience integrating analytics, notifications, AI SDKs, or Twilio SDK
