Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Native Developer with proven experience in the banking or fintech industry to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in building scalable mobile applications, a deep understanding of financial services, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize mobile applications using React Native.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness on both iOS and Android platforms.
• Integrate with secure banking APIs and ensure compliance with financial security standards.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices within the team.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in fintech, mobile security, and React Native advancements to ensure cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements:
Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with React Native.
• Proven track record working in the banking or fintech industry, with knowledge of financial compliance and security standards.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and related mobile development frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
