What you'll do::
• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing infrastructure and scripts to validate cellular base stations, ensuring compliance with functional and performance requirements.
• Support and enhance test management tools and continuous integration (CI) processes to streamline validation workflows.
• Maintain and improve database management and analytical tools used for test result tracking and performance analysis.
• Lead the creation and ownership of comprehensive system test plans in close collaboration with automation and QA teams.
• Investigate root causes of test failures and work with development teams to define and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with design, development, and quality teams to address testing requirements and provide insights for improvement.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other team members.

What you should have::
• Bachelor's/master’s degree in electronic/computer science engineering.
• Over 6 years of hands-on experience in test automation for communication systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming within automated test environments.
• Experienced in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
• Solid background in system testing, with a focus on cellular communication systems.
• Proven experience in planning, estimating, and developing comprehensive system-level tests.
• Knowledge of RF fundamentals and communication theory.
• Skilled in database development and management using SQL, MongoDB, and React.
• Proficient in defect tracking and knowledge management tools such as Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with RF test instruments, including Spectrum Analyzers, SG, and network analyzer.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly independent, self-motivated, and adaptable team player with strong multitasking abilities.
• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving work environments.
