The team is responsible for delivering on the mission that CyberArk IGA can connect to anything. IGA connectors are the foundation of all modern IGA programs. Customers have hundreds of different applications in their environment with a daunting amount of complexity. Our platform handles this complexity to support hundreds of out of the box connectors for SaaS applications, on-prem applications and custom applications. Design the integration approach between the on-prem applications and the IGA cloud service. Join the connector team to execute connectors at scale and help customers build connectors at scale by leveraging no-code, low-code and AI based vibe-coding.    

CyberArk is looking for a Senior Product Owner (PO) for to take significant part of the development of IGA connectors (Identity Governance Automation). As the Product Owner, you will define and deliver the vision, roadmap, and execution of the connectors (SaaS and on-prem). You will work closely with the R&D team, Product management, architecture, security, and stakeholders across the organization to ensure connectors abilities aligns with technical and business needs, balancing deep engineering context with user impact. 

The PO will be responsible for filling the gap between the market requirements and the solution that determines how to implement these requirements in our products. Using comprehensive business and technical knowledge, the PO accompanies the entire development process starting from the requirements definitions, planning phase, through the development and testing process to successful deployment.

• Strong product analysis abilities. Transfer business requirements and produce functional requirements 
• Own the product backlog - Deconstruct large features to smaller pieces, define and prioritize the pieces that can compose a releasable product 
• Be the central focal point for all parties outside of R&D and work with external stakeholders in Product, Customer success, technical writers and across R&D. 
• Work closely with Product/TL and architect to be able to provide excellent and clear requirements to the team 
• Utilize deep knowledge of the product and its use by internal and external customers to work together with rest of R&D, represent the customer needs and answer any functional questions 

What you need to succeed: 

• At least 5 years of experience in the software industry, of which 3 years of experience as senior product owner 
• Experience in PO role in on-prem product from one side and experience in cloud/saas solution from the other side  
• Previous experience in technical role such as developer/QA/pre-sales/post-sales 
• Self-learning ability, hands on, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system 
• Proactive, highly motivated individual with goal-oriented approach 
• Proven Agile experience  
• Innovator by nature. Thinking out of the box. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills 
• Diplomatic and pragmatic - works with many stakeholders and drives for the optimal result 
• Fluent in English
