About the Opportunity

A world-leading rapid growth digital asset trading firm is looking for a systematic trader to manage quantitative trading strategies and help improve the in-house trading and risk management platform. The firm has presence in major cryptocurrency exchanges and it trades different kinds of products in the market, ranging from spot to structural products. The firm is highly tech-driven with people from top-tier investment banks, hedge funds, and tech companies.

What You’ll Be Doing

•
Make markets for delta1 instruments such as spots, swaps and futures in crypto market.

• Proficient in at least one programming language (Python/Java/RUST/C++). Able to prototype strategy with vibe coding.

•
Manage systematic trading strategies such as CEX/DEX arbitrage.

•
Conduct research on alpha signals and backtesting to enhance the profitability of trading strategies.

•
Work with developers to build and drive the continual improvement of the world-class risk management and trading tools.

What We Look For In You

•
Degree in a relevant area (Mathematics/Physics/Engineering/Computer Science/Finance) from a top university.

• Proficient in at least one programming language (Python/Java/RUST/C++). Able to prototype strategy with vibe coding.

•
Proven records in systematic trading including market making and other systematic trading strategies.

•
Deep understanding of cryptocurrency delta1 products and basic knowledge of the cryptocurrency product is a plus.

•
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make rational decisions under pressure.

•
Good communication skills.
