What You’ll Do:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Quantitative Analyst to join our quantitative research team and drive core initiatives across pricing, risk, execution, and hedging strategy. This role plays a key part in shaping how we price markets, manage real time market risk, and develop hedge strategies. You will work closely with our Risk, Liquidity, and Trading teams to develop models that directly impact profitability, pricing efficiency, and platform stability across a wide range of CFD products.

What We’re Looking For:

Develop and enhance quantitative models for pricing, execution logic, hedging, and internal risk metrics.

Analyze ticks and client data to optimize pricing logic, reduce slippage, and manage market risk.

Build and test hedging strategies to manage exposure and improve risk-adjusted returns.

Monitor live trading performance and model outputs to identify inefficiencies, latency issues, or arbitrage risk.

Design and backtest strategies using statistical, econometric, and machine learning techniques.

Write clean, production ready Python code and work with developers to deploy models into the live trading stack.

Collaborate with Risk, Liquidity, and Development teams to align models with real-time execution and platform architecture.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Quantitative Analyst, Data Scientist, or Researcher in financial markets or a closely related field.

Strong working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and transformation.

Advanced proficiency in Python, including libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, and statsmodels.

Solid academic foundation in statistics, mathematics, or econometrics, with hands-on experience in:

         -Time series analysis and predictive modeling using modern machine learning techniques

         -Multivariate linear and logistic regression

         -Hypothesis testing and statistical inference

         -Autoregressive models

Strong financial knowledge, including asset pricing, derivatives, market microstructure, and financial econometrics.

Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets, with clear documentation and communication of results.

Capable of identifying and interpreting trends, anomalies, and structural patterns in financial data.

Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Prior experience working with market microstructure data or high-frequency trading data is highly beneficial.

Fully On-Site – Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:00
