Job Description
We’re hiring a Senior Quality & Compliance Manager – Logistics to lead and own quality, security, and compliance programs within a transportation and logistics environment. This role requires a proven expert who has hands-on experience implementing and managing industry certifications and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate can step in immediately and operate independently.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and manage logistics quality, security, and compliance programs across the organization
• Own and maintain TAPA, CTPAT, AMEX9, ISO, and Bonded Carrier compliance
• Prepare for, lead, and manage internal and external audits
• Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs related to quality, risk, and security
• Ensure ongoing compliance with U.S. and international transportation regulations
• Partner with operations and leadership teams to identify risks and corrective actions
• Serve as the subject-matter expert for quality, security, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
• Demonstrated, hands-on experience with:
• TAPA
• CTPAT
• AMEX9
• Bonded Carrier Certification
• ISO standards
•
• Background in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or freight operations
• Experience leading audits and compliance programs end-to-end
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong documentation, analytical, and organizational skills
• Professional, executive-level communication skills
