We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer to take ownership of the test strategy and quality assurance efforts for our Trackman Broadcast Solution—a game-changing platform that powers professional tournament golf broadcasts around the world. Key Responsibilities

🔍 QA Strategy & Leadership

• Own and evolve the end-to-end QA strategy for the Broadcast solution.

• Champion a system-level testing approach, ensuring robust validation across the broadcast ecosystem.

• Define risk-based testing practices aligned with business priorities.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product Managers, Developers, and Project Managers to align QA efforts with release cycles.

• Communicate test progress, risks, and blockers clearly to stakeholders.

• Actively contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and risk assessments.

🚀 Production Oversight

• Maintain visibility into production deployments, ensuring version control and compatibility.

• Collaborate with Project Managers to manage customer-specific configurations and mitigate update risks.

🧪 Test Execution & Validation

• Execute manual and exploratory testing, including real-world scenario validation with QA Golfers.

• Perform regression, performance, and stability testing across environments.

🤖 Test Automation & Efficiency

• Identify high-value automation opportunities.

• Oversee the development and maintenance of API, integration, and UI automation scripts (e.g., Cypress or custom frameworks)

• Advocate for ROI-driven automation to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
