About the Role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join a product-focused engineering team, driving quality across modern applications through automation and intelligent testing strategies.

This role is centred around building and scaling robust QA automation frameworks while leveraging AI-driven approaches to improve testing efficiency and coverage. You will play a key role in ensuring high product quality, working closely with engineering and product teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong automation experience, a proactive mindset, and an interest in applying AI within QA to optimise testing processes.

Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain scalable QA automation frameworks for product applications

• Develop and execute automated test suites to ensure product quality and reliability

• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to define testing strategies

• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery

• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution

• Leverage AI tools and techniques to improve test coverage, efficiency, and defect detection

• Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies

• Ensure high standards of quality across releases in a product-focused environment

• Contribute to defining best practices for automation and quality assurance

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in QA engineering with a strong focus on automation in product-based environments

• Proven experience building and maintaining automated testing frameworks

• 1.5+ years of experience using or integrating AI within QA processes

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices

• Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile environments

• Experience testing modern web or platform-based applications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to take ownership of quality and drive improvements proactively

Nice to Have:
• Experience with modern test automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Cypress, Playwright, Selenium or similar)

• Experience integrating QA processes into CI/CD pipelines

• Familiarity with performance or API testing

• Exposure to AI-driven testing tools or test generation frameworks

• Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven environments
