Senior QA Engineer / QA Lead

We are an innovative technology company specializing in communication solutions - from email and team chat via audio and video conferences, calendar and contact synchronization, to document sharing and collaborative editing. All accessible in a unified environment, supported across major browsers, desktop and mobile platforms, and running both in the cloud and locally.

What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of the testing process for key parts of our product, from the web client to backend services.

• Most of your time will be spent hands-on with the product - exploring, testing, and making sure everything works exactly as our users expect.

• Lead and mentor a team of 4 QA engineers – everyone brings their own specialty (mobile, backend, user testing, etc.), but you’ll help them work as one cohesive unit.

• Balance your time between manual (currently approx. 60%) and automated testing (40%) – with a goal to gradually increase automation coverage across our testing pipeline.

• Design, write, and maintain automated test scripts (UI, API, integration), and integrate them into CI/CD workflows.

• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure that quality is built in, not just checked at the end.

• Help define our QA strategy, choose the right tools, and continuously improve how we test.
