About the Role

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will take ownership of quality assurance across platforms that rely heavily on DRM systems, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-quality delivery of TV and streaming experiences. This role requires a senior, hands-on QA professional who can operate with confidence and autonomy from day one.

You will work closely with engineering and product teams to validate complex integrations, protect content delivery standards, and maintain high levels of quality across evolving TV technologies.

Responsibilities:
• Own and execute QA activities across DRM-protected platforms and services
• Validate DRM implementations to ensure secure, compliant content delivery
• Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for complex systems
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects, working closely with engineers to ensure timely resolution
• Support regression, integration, and release testing across ongoing platform development
• Provide clear quality assessments and risk analysis ahead of releases
• Contribute to improving QA processes, documentation, and overall quality standards
• Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams while maintaining strong attention to detail

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, operating at a senior level
• 3+ years of hands-on experience testing DRM systems (core requirement)
• Proven ability to test complex, integrated systems in a production environment
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, defect management, and release validation
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with engineering teams
• Comfortable joining an existing team and providing immediate impact in a fixed-term role

Nice to Have:
• 1+ year of experience with TV technologies, including broadcast or streaming platforms
• 1+ year of exposure to HbbTV, or hybrid broadcast/broadband environments
• Experience testing consumer-facing TV, streaming, or media delivery applications
• Familiarity with content protection standards and media platform ecosystems
• Ability to quickly learn domain-specific technologies within TV and media delivery
