Senior QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking a Senior SDET with Ruby expertise to own end-to-end testing of the Distributor–Delivery workflow. The current stack includes Ruby and Go. You will write Ruby-based tests inside the Distributor codebase to drive a delivery through Distributor and Delivery, validating success and side effects by polling Distributor’s public APIs and internal endpoints.

What You'll Do:

Develop and maintain automated test suites using Ruby

Perform system and API testing to validate internal behaviors across services

Execute end-to-end tests of the Distributor–Delivery workflow

Use observability tools (logs, metrics, traces) to verify end-to-end behavior

Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines to automate test runs

Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years of experience building test automation frameworks

Strong Ruby programming skills

Solid experience with API testing

Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Excellent debugging and investigative skills

Familiarity with observability tools (logs, metrics, traces)

Fluency in English

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
