About the Role

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with a strong background in test automation and fintech systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of mission-critical financial applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web and API applications

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing

• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams

• Validate data accuracy, transaction flows, and business rules in financial systems

• Execute API testing and backend validation

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and fintech regulations

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance

• Strong experience in test automation (Selenium / Cypress / Playwright / Appium)

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript)

• Experience testing fintech applications (banking, payments, trading, lending, etc.)

• Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured, etc.)

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)

• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance testing (JMeter)

• Knowledge of security testing and compliance standards (PCI-DSS, SOC2)

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Exposure to microservices architecture
