We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with over 7 years of experience to design and build scalable, resilient enterprise applications with a focus on LLM-based AI solutions.

Information Security Responsibilities:
• Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
• Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
• Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

Requirements::
• 7+ years of experience with Python development with a focus in AI/ML

• Bachelor's in computer science or related field

• Enterprise application design experience

• Experience with OOP and design patterns

•
System Design: Resiliency, observability, scalability, performance

•
Methodology : Agile development experience

AI/ML specific requirements::
•
Prompt engineering: Create, maintain and update prompts for LLM version

•
LLM experience -Working with OpenAI and different LLM models

•
Testing: Conduct benchmarking experiments and performance analysis

•
Monitoring - Ongoing monitoring of ML solutions

Nice-to-have skills::
• Java development experience

• Machine leaning and vector database

• Microsoft Azure cloud

• FinTech application development

• Global delivery team experience.
