What you'll be doing

Build and maintain scalable backend services, primarily in Python, with FastAPI and Django frameworks

Handle asynchronous workflows with Celery and RabbitMQ as a message broker

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure service reliability

Define, manage, and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL)

Collaborate with front-end and other backend teams to ensure seamless integration and responsiveness

Work with the Kubernetes ecosystem and related tooling (e.g. Vault, ArgoCD)

Contribute to and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable deployments

Who we're looking for

Proven experience building and scaling backend systems

Strong understanding of backend architecture and API design principles

Solid experience with relational and non-relational databases

Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure and Kubernetes

Hands-on experience with CI/CD best practices and tooling

Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)

Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset

Golang experience is a plus
