We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Backend Engineer with strong experience in building scalable backend systems and APIs in AWS cloud environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Python, hands-on experience with containerized microservices, and a strong understanding of cloud-native architecture.

This role focuses on designing and developing backend services, APIs, and business logic in a production-grade AWS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend applications using microservices architecture.

• Build and maintain high-performance backend APIs using Python (FastAPI or similar frameworks).

• Develop robust backend logic, data processing workflows, and service integrations.

• Architect cloud-native solutions within AWS environments.

• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy via ECS (or similar AWS container services).

• Ensure application scalability, resilience, and performance optimization.

• Implement best practices for error handling, logging, and system reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.

• Follow strong version control and collaborative development practices using Git.

• Strong hands-on experience in Python backend development.

• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs (FastAPI preferred, but not mandatory).

• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (especially ECS, IAM, networking, etc.).

• Strong experience with Docker containerization.

• Experience building production-ready backend logic and service integrations.

• Understanding of API design principles and best practices.

• Experience working in CI/CD-driven environments.

• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.

• Experience working with LLM integrations or AI-powered backend services.

• Familiarity with vector databases.
