A Senior Provider Recruiter is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of government contracts/customers, developing candidates for submittal, preparing reports on recruiting results, predicting a client's needs, and answering customer questions and concerns. 
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of contracts and operate as the primary point of contact for all matters specific to the contract/client. 
• Provide day-to-day sourcing directions to your assigned sourcing team. 
• Review, screen, present, and manage the onboarding process of all viable candidates and prepare them for employment or assignment within your assigned portfolio of contracts. 
• Extensive out-bound candidate and client calls. 
• Present candidate submissions in a timely manner and work with client to expedite interviews and offers, to meet and exceed department performance goals.  
• Partner with the Recruiting Manager and Director of Recruiting to develop and implement strategic staffing plans to accommodate division and company goals. 
• Cultivate close professional relationships with client contacts to understand their individualized needs and manage client expectations.  
• Confer with clients and company officials to monitor the quality of services provided and to resolve complaints.  
• Prepare periodic recruiting reports showing recruiting outcomes for your portfolio of contracts. 
• Consistently check in with Recruitment Manager on a frequent basis (weekly 1on1s, team meetings, e-mails) 
• Draft submittal notes that are client facing. 
• Attend weekly pending meetings, team and company meetings. 
• Attend kick off calls and be prepared to ask questions on the role. 
• Effectively utilize the Applicant Tracking System as a relationship management technology tool. 
• Update candidates call notes, emails and status changes into the Applicant Tracking system for documentation purposes. 
• Participate in team activities.  
• Assist in onboarding and review of contracts with candidates when necessary. 
• Maintains ongoing relationships with candidates during and following contract assignments. 
• Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. 
• Follows set process and procedures for the recruiting process. 
• Completes required organizational compliance education, including assigned requirements that are client-specified, for Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services certification or other regulatory bodies.

Basic Requirements/Certifications:  
• A minimum of 5 years of healthcare staffing/recruiting experience, preferable experience in federal or state government staffing.  
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software. 
Education Required: 
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 
• Demonstrated ability to effectively recruit Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Psychologists and other professionally licensed healthcare providers. 
• Ability to grow, manage and maintain strong market presence. 
• Proficient understanding of federal and state staffing compliance requirements 
• Excited to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. 
• Able to set, prepare for, and execute face to face meetings at the client’s worksite. 
• Possesses outstanding written and verbal communication skills. 
• Proficient in recruiting analytics with an understanding of how to apply them to meet the needs of the business. 
• Comfortable with negotiations and conveying the value of the Government Medical Services. 
• Able to adapt to changing market conditions on the fly, as well as formulate new ideas to expand the department’s services.

Physical Requirements: 
• Work is normally performed in a typical office work environment. 
• Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time. 
• May require bending, stooping and lifting up to 15 lbs.

Compensation Disclaimer:
Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
