We are seeking a strong leader to join our developing story at "The Boot" in the role of Senior Property Manager. You're energetic, collaborative, and you bring a passion for commercial spaces. You love a spreadsheet, you stick to budgets, and you act on financial results. You will
Lead and coordinate multi-year repositioning projects, including construction oversight, tenant buildouts, and landlord’s work
Manage budgets, P&L, capital management and reporting including analyzing and acting on financial results
Oversee complex building operations with high service standards
Build trust with tenants, staff, co-owners, investors, and contractors
Work collaboratively with other team members providing safety compliance, management of building operations & mechanical systems
Proactively identify issues and implement effective solutions
Mentor and grow staff while fostering a collaborative culture
Contract and oversee the performance of third-party service contractors/trades ensuring the business plan standards are achieved
You have
Minimum 10 years senior-level experience managing commercial real estate
Demonstrated P&L management, financial reporting, and budget expertise
Exposure to major repositioning or renovation projects
Post-secondary education in business, commerce, or real estate or CPM designation preferred or in progress
Active BC Real Estate license
Experience with investor relations, reporting, and governance
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Salary range: $125,000 - $135,000 per annum, based on experience
