In this role you will be responsible for supervising the overall day-to-day operations of the property to ensure the highest quality operation in accordance to SLC standards and residents satisfaction.  This position is responsible for supervising all property staff. They report directly to the Area Operations Manager.
• On-site executive for all operations.  Act as contact for staff, residents, prospects, community organizations, government agencies, and the public.
• Maintain applicable occupancy by working with prospective residents, existing residents, family members, and guests.  Deal with any issues that arise.
• Maintain compliance of resident records with city, state, and federal programs.
• Responsible for leasing apartments maintaining all local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Hire, train, and manage staff.
• Manage budget and cash flow.
• Ensure building, grounds, and property are maintained at highest standard of excellence thru preventative maintenance systems and programs.
• Maintain all superior training for all staff and ensure training programs are effectively executed.
Level of Formal Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Area of Study: Aging, Hospitality 
Years of Experience: 0-3+ years
Type of Experience: Senior Housing, Tax Credit Housing, Hospitality 
Language Skills: Acceptable fluency in English in order to perform job duties and speak, read, write, and communicate with all others.
Technical Competencies: Word, Excel, and Yardi
Skills and Ability: 
•    Time and Crisis management.
Information Systems: Word/Excel, Yardi and Outlook 
Personal Attributes: Professional appearance. Good communication and listening skills
Other/Preferred: 
• Must have an active driver’s license and vehicle. 
• Must be on call 24/7. 
• Must be responsible in responding to resident emergencies including Pull Cord Alerts. Responsible for Up & About checks.
