Simon Brien has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join their established and growing team.

Responsibilities:
Contribute to the overall Lettings and Property Management department targets and business goals by supporting the Head of Lettings and Property Management in maintaining existing clients and business development.
Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.
Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, building strong professional relationships.
Coordinate and manage property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and service providers ensuring completion of works in a timely manner.
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure issues are addressed promptly.
Conduct property viewings and manage tenant onboarding, including referencing, lease agreements, and move-ins.
Manage rent collection, arrears, and deposits in line with company procedures.
Handle tenant queries, complaints, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Proactively manage lease renewals to maximise revenue.
Prepare and issue client reports.
Ensure all health and safety standards are met, including certification and compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate property and tenancy records.
Identify opportunities for referring business to other branches or Group companies, g. New Homes, Re-sale, sharing information that can increase business opportunities.
Support the Dept Head in the day-to-day running of the department.
Coach and develop support staff/junior staff to help them in their career development
Demonstrate the Company Values with the Lettings and Property Management and throughout all your dealings with internal colleagues.
Qualifications and Skills:
3 -5 years previous experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of residential tenancy legislation is advantageous.
Excellent communication and inter personal skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
Clean UK driving licence.
