Ihre Aufgaben:
• Entwicklung und Realisierung von Wohnungsbauprojekten in allen Projektphasen, von der Konzeptionsphase bis zur Fertigstellung

• Standortanalyse und Bewertung von Grundstücken

• Erstellung von Machbarkeitsstudien und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen

• Koordination der Planungsprozesse und Abstimmung mit Architekten, Fachplanern und Behörden

• Überwachung der Einhaltung von Terminen, Budgets und Qualitätsanforderungen

• Verhandlung mit Investoren, Bauherren und Partnern

Ihr Profil:
• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Immobilienwirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektentwicklung, idealerweise im Wohnungsbau

• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bau- und Planungsrecht sowie im Projektmanagement

• Analytisches Denkvermögen, Verhandlungsgeschick und Organisationsstärke

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen Projektmanagement-Tools

• Selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
