Job Title : Senior Project Specialist Location: Hyderabad About the job: The Global M&S Services acts as a cornerstone to this effort. Our team is responsible for delivering and supporting Global M&S teams in partnership with Business and Digital, and drive priority and transformative initiatives across M&S. The team members of Global M&S Services Hubs will act as partners in carrying out tasks and fulfilling responsibilities to support global project management from the hubs. Main responsibilities: MIS Maintenance and Reporting: Independently execute regular/monthly updates of project MIS including cost, schedule, scope, risks, stakeholders, and key milestones. Generate standard project reports and dashboards while ensuring data accuracy across project management systems. Project Charter Creation : Support Program & Project Managers in information gathering and documentation for project charter development. Project Monitoring and Tracking: Establish and maintain project tracking systems to monitor progress against schedules and cost parameters. Prepare regular status updates on project activities and milestones. Risk Management: Support Program & Project Managers in risk identification, documentation, and maintenance of risk registers. Coordinate risk assessment and mitigation planning activities. Project Planning and Scheduling: Support Program and Project Managers to create comprehensive project plans and develop project schedules including key milestones. Coordinate project planning activities. Resource Management: Independently manage and update project information in Planisware. Coordinate resource allocation updates and maintain resource management data for governance and analytics. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Implement communication and stakeholder management plans. Coordinate core and extended team activities. Project Meetings and Documentation: Support Project Managers in leading project meetings, prepare agendas, and document Minutes of Meeting (MOM). Maintain action/decision logs and project documentation. Project Change Management: Support Project Managers in documentation of project changes related to finance, resources, and scope. Handle cost calculations for change requests and maintain change management logs. Cost Management: Independently handle Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Invoice management, and payment tracking. Coordinate with finance and suppliers to ensure timely processing of project-related transactions. Supplier Management: Perform supplier research, evaluation, and tender creation processes. Coordinate supplier communications and monitor supplier performance Project Ways of Working: Adopt current practice and help in contributing better ways of working along with the Project Management team. Project Closure and Transition: Execute administrative closure activities and archive project documentation. Coordinate project transitions to manufacturing teams and facilitate lessons learned workshops. About you : Experience : Experience in Project Management, Digital tools. Soft skills & Technical skills : Project management, Stakeholder Management. Should have experience in Digital tools like shine, planisware, MSP experience in Pharma industry.
