Key-responsibilities:
• Design and operationalize a managed services delivery model for Marketing Operations (intake, routing, workflows, approvals)
• Define and maintain a service catalog & taxonomy (e.g., small/medium/large assets, standard vs complex requests)
• Build and manage a metrics framework (SLAs, throughput, turnaround time, utilization, rework, forecasting)
• Translate delivery into service units enabling asset-based / subscription / pod-based pricing models
• Support unit economics modeling (cost per asset, efficiency, scalability, profitability)
• Design governance frameworks (SOPs, SLAs, prioritization rules, service definitions)
• Optimize workflows and reduce friction through process standardization and tooling (Jira, Asana, etc.)
• Pilot and scale managed-flow delivery models without disrupting ongoing operations
• Provide visibility into demand, volume, and capacity planning across global teams
Must-have:
• Strong experience in Managed Services / Service Delivery Models
• Proven background in asset-based delivery / deliverables-driven environments (creative, marketing ops, production)
• Experience designing service catalogs, SLAs, and measurable delivery frameworks
• Solid understanding of content production / creative operations workflows
• Experience building metrics, dashboards, and performance frameworks from scratch
• Strong knowledge of workflow tools (Jira, Monday, Asana, Workfront, Airtable)
• Experience in process design, workflow optimization, and operational scalability
• Ability to translate operations into commercial models (price-per-asset, unit economics)
• Strong analytical, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience working in regulated or complex environments
Nice-to-have:
• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
