• excellent communication

• Hands on knowledge on AI tools and techniques, includes but not limited to GenAI, Agentic AI/ LLMs

• Has background of classic ML foundational models

• Knows text-to-sql

• Preferred, if candidate knows DocAI

• GCP could knowledge and tool/ product implementation in GCP

• Has led team build AI tools, written UAT test cases, plan go-live options in detail

• Strong stakeholder and expectation management

• Have worked in onshore-offshore team model

• Collaborates well with client teams and internal teams to get and give the best experience
