Join an exciting opportunity with a prominent client company, where you will lead teams working on 10 unique products. This large-scale and dynamic environment offers exposure to advanced technologies and the chance to drive impactful AI adoption initiatives across multiple teams.
Responsibilities:
• Account Management: Oversee account growth, budget planning, and team KPI tracking; actively participate in hiring decisions.
• People Management: Lead team hiring, performance, and engagement management; support staff in their personal and professional growth.
• Stakeholder Management: Provide regular status updates and ensure effective client expectation management; build and enhance relationships with key stakeholders to strengthen collaboration.
• Project Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks through effective communication and implementation of robust risk management strategies.
• Process Improvement & AI Adoption: Guide teams through process setup and project planning; play a supportive role in implementing new processes, with a particular focus on facilitating and accelerating AI adoption across teams.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, simultaneously leading 4+ teams (20+ people in total).
• Proven experience supporting teams that deliver multiple products within one organization.
• Demonstrated success introducing new processes to teams, with hands-on involvement in AI adoption initiatives.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Scrum, and SAFe; practical experience and ability to lead teams within the SAFe framework.
• Expertise in risk management (identify/communicate/fact).
• Track record in building new teams and driving the hiring process.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
