Ever wondered what it feels like to be a Senior Project Manager in Netcompany?

Joining us as a Senior Project Manager, you will support the planning and execution of enterprise IT initiatives. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and enterprise clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

As a Senior Project Manager you will:

• Drive the delivery of IT projects across enterprise clients, managing day-to-day operations to ensure scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate internal teams and vendors, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and timely resolution of delivery issues or risks.
• Assist in resource planning and allocation, working closely with senior delivery managers and technical leads to balance project needs and team capacity.
• Monitor project performance, collect relevant delivery metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across delivery processes.
• Act as a point of contact for client stakeholders during the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment on deliverables and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
• Contribute to team development, fostering collaboration and supporting junior team members with guidance and problem-solving assistance.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of professional experience in IT project management, project coordination, or delivery roles - ideally within enterprise environments.
• A recognized project management certification such as PMP and/or PRINCE2
• Hands-on experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
• Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, or enterprise architecture concepts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues appropriately when needed.

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

• Experience working directly with enterprise clients across sectors such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, or retail.
• Exposure to cloud technologies, DevOps, or digital transformation projects.
