You are the driving force behind our most ambitious and high-stakes implementation projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you orchestrate the deployment of our mission-critical software "Miles" for leading global automotive and leasing companies. You operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and business, ensuring that complex visions become operational realities. In this high-impact role within a hidden champion of mobility tech, you lead diverse teams, manage C-level stakeholders, and deliver results that shape the future of the industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

• You take full accountability for the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-million Euro software implementation projects

• You lead and inspire cross-functional teams of consultants and developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

• You manage complex stakeholder landscapes, acting as a trusted partner to client executives and steering committees

• You rigorously control project scope, budget, and timeline, proactively identifying risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies

• You ensure the highest quality standards are met, aligning project outcomes with the client's strategic business goals

• You contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management methodology and mentor junior project managers

Your skills and interests:

• You have a proven track record of successfully managing complex software implementation or IT transformation projects

• You possess strong leadership skills and have experience in guiding international teams through challenging project phases

• You are a master of communication and negotiation, capable of building consensus and managing expectations at all levels

• You have a deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, PMP, Agile) and know how to apply them pragmatically

• You are fluent in German and English and are willing to travel occasionally to collaborate with clients and teams on-site

• You are motivated by the challenge of delivering excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
