1. Project & Deployment Management
• Lead end-to-end implementation of WP2-Kiosk deployments across multiple NATO sites
• Manage planning, execution, monitoring, and control of project activities using PRINCE2 and Agile (sprint-based delivery)
• Coordinate deployment teams, engineers, and external suppliers/sub-contractors
• Oversee site readiness, access coordination, installation activities, and final acceptance
• Ensure physical site sign-off and commissioning where required
2. Stakeholder & Communication Management
• Act as main coordination point between NCI Agency, NATO stakeholders, and site representatives up to command level
• Prepare and deliver progress reports, briefs, and official communications
• Maintain communication logs and ensure stakeholder alignment across all sites
• Organize and support technical meetings, workshops, and deployment reviews
3. Sprint & Agile Delivery Management
• Manage monthly sprint cycles (planning, execution, review, closure)
• Define sprint goals, KPIs, deliverables, and acceptance criteria
• Track backlog, dependencies, risks, and issues
• Ensure continuous reporting via dashboards and shared tracking tools
• Produce sprint completion reports and support payment validation
4. Risk, Issue & Governance Management
• Identify, log, and escalate risks and issues
• Ensure traceability and governance compliance across all project activities
• Support change management processes and maintain configuration baselines
• Track interdependencies across Work Packages
5. Site Deployment & Operations Support
• Coordinate installation and rollout of Registration Authorities across 32 sites
• Manage security-related processes (e.g., security card issuance)
• Ensure operational readiness of deployed systems
• Support retrofits and post-installation adjustments when required
6. Reporting & Documentation
• Produce monthly project progress reports and sprint reports
• Maintain SharePoint documentation repository
• Ensure all documentation is version-controlled and audit-ready
• Support delivery acceptance sheets (DAS) for payment milestones
7. Financial & Resource Coordination
• Support tracking of project funding within governance rules
• Monitor delivery effort against sprint-based budget model
• Ensure alignment of deliverables with cost and milestone structure
LEVEL OF STUDIES:
• Bachelor’s degree + 7 years experience, OR Master’s degree + 5 years experience
• Minimum 3 years project management experience in international environments
• Experience managing multi-site deployment projects (CIS / IT infrastructure preferred)
CERTIFICATIONS:
Mandatory: PRINCE2 or PMP (or equivalent)
• PRINCE2 project governance
• Agile / Scrum (sprint-based delivery)
• Project scheduling tools (MS Project, ServiceNow, etc.)
• Configuration management principles
• Experience with:
• Large-scale deployment coordination
• IT infrastructure or CIS systems rollout
• Risk and issue management frameworks
• Experience working with senior stakeholders (up to command level)
• Ability to manage multi-site technical teams across international environments
• Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills
• Ability to write structured reports, briefs, and official documentation
• Work in agile sprint cycles (1-month sprints, up to 8–12 per year)
• Must operate in structured governance and audit environment

Occasional travel within NATO enterprise
