The team you'll be joining and impact you'll have

• You'll be embedded in our frontier AI projects team, working on projects that scale from thousands to millions of data points

• Your work will directly shape the next generation of LLMs through reinforcement learning and pre-training initiatives that operate at 10-100x scale increases

• You'll own end-to-end project execution in a high-autonomy environment where you're expected to be in the weeds, speaking directly with labelers, researchers, and stakeholders

• This is a critical, long-term role building the foundations for multi-million dollar projects that push the boundaries of what's possible in AI development

What you'll be doing from day one:

• Manage and execute high-stakes AI data projects across reinforcement learning and pre-training workstreams, ensuring technical and operational excellence at scale

• Partner directly with AI Labs to define project requirements, success metrics, and quality systems while navigating ambiguity and rapid iteration cycles

• Build clear project execution plans and keep them on track through proactive risk identification, dependency management, and resource coordination across time zones

• Communicate with precision to stakeholders and leadership, providing clear, actionable updates that drive alignment and keep complex, fast-moving projects de-risked

Who you are

• You have proven experience managing complex technical projects in AI data operations.

• You bring deep understanding of how LLMs work, with genuine interest and knowledge of generative AI, post-training, and pre-training methodologies

• You're an operational powerhouse who thrives in high-stakes, fast-paced environments and is energized by solving complex challenges with urgency and complete accountability

• You have the technical chops and communication skills to build scalable systems, leverage project management tools effectively, and drive high-impact initiatives autonomously
