Manage the full project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery;

Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, QA, and design teams;

Proactively engage with parallel technical teams to ensure alignment and efficient dependency management;

Ensure the stability and uptime of owned products and services;

Take ownership for proactively improving the quality, performance, and reliability of the product/service;
•
Track and manage key performance metrics, including: Uptime Rate, Defect Detection Rate, Errors Monitoring, Delivery Rate;
•
Mitigate risks, remove blockers, and maintain transparency with stakeholders.
We need your professional experience:
•
3-5 years of experience in project management within a technology-focused company or digital product environment;
•
Hands-on experience managing cross-functional technical teams (e.g., backend, frontend, DevOps);
•
Proven experience as a Project Manager in a tech-driven environment;
•
Strong understanding of software development life cycles (Agile/Scrum);
•
Strong track record of delivering complex projects in environments with strict reliability and uptime requirements;
•
Proven ability to work with data-driven KPIs and apply them to improve delivery and operational excellence;
•
Experience working in industries with fast release cycles, live systems, and customer-facing platforms;
•
Familiarity with incident management, root cause analysis, and risk mitigation in production environments.
