Job Description

Munich Re Automation Solutions [MRAS] have an excellent track record in successful project delivery. The Senior Project Manager will be assigned a number of Customer Projects to manage. The successful candidate will organise delivery of Munich Re Automation Solutions software to Customers.
The Senior Project Manager will be the Customer’s primary point of contact during an implementation, providing an organized and controlled delivery program and continued advice post-project implementation within a Professional Services team that also includes Business Analysts and Solution Architects.

•    Defining and planning Customer Projects with the Customer 
•    Provide leadership to the Professional Services project team
•    Ensuring clients receive highest level of service 
•    Ensuring that projects are delivered in a quality manner, on time and within budget
•    Ensuring that MRAS constantly provides a professional, profitable and responsive service to all existing customers and that customer satisfaction with MRAS remains at the highest level.
•    Ensuring technical issues with product installations are resolved in a timely manner
•    Delivering enhancements to existing customer systems
•    Organizing delivery of new systems for new and existing customers
•    Project planning with clear milestones
•    Communicating plans internally 
•    All client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables. 
•    Reviewing all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met. 
•    Ensuring that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner.
•    Directing the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to projects. 
•    Ensuring that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable. 
•    Developing opportunities for account growth and new business during the project implementation together.
•    Forecasting resource usage on projects
•    Forecasting payment schedules on projects
•    Managing changes
•    Communicating customers’ goals and representing customers’ interests to the team. 
•    Understanding company capabilities and service, and effectively communicating all offerings to customers. 
•    Pricing engagements with customers as needed
•    Maintaining a high profile with the customer 
•    Managing customer meetings, presentations, workshops and demonstrations.
•    Manage staff on Customer projects

The successful candidate will:
•    have expertise in customer relationship management 
•    have technical awareness and experience with systems deployed in Life Insurance companies.
•    be professional, articulate and reliable with well-practiced client facing and communication skills including the ability to engage sometimes independently with multiple stakeholders within client organizations.
•    have team management skills 
•    expertise in planning through MS Project or similar
