Must-have Skills

• Strong experience driving end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-party software programs.

• Hands-on experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, and Operations.

• Strong experience managing third-party integrations and API-based ecosystems.

• Proven track record working with external vendors and executive-level stakeholders (C-suite).

• Hands-on experience leading partner onboarding and acting as a central coordination hub.

• Strong experience navigating ambiguity, shifting timelines, and high-pressure environments.

• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment across fragmented teams.

• Strong experience delivering high-visibility strategic initiatives with executive exposure.

• Hands-on experience building tracking mechanisms, KPIs, and escalation processes.

• Proven ability to proactively identify risks and unblock teams to ensure delivery.

• Strong experience creating and evolving program management processes and frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools to drive delivery consistency.

• Strong technical acumen working closely with engineering teams on integrations and systems.

• Demonstrated ability to translate technical details into concise executive-level communication.

• Strong judgment in prioritization, issue resolution, and escalation management.

• Proven ability to maintain accountability and performance across internal and external teams.

• Experience driving clarity and execution in highly ambiguous and fast-paced environments.

Nice-to-have:

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.

• Experience with AI-driven workflows or agentic AI solutions.

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
