Senior Project Manager - Cladding

Triumph Aluminum and sheet metal is a leader in architectural Metals , Metal roofing , and Cladding 

Responsibilities:

Set up and manage project contract, budget, and cost

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously

Direct role in customer relations and sales

Project selection and strategy

Coordinate material, and equipment

Manage and monitor RFIs, change orders, and contract documents

Ensure all specifications, details, and applicable building codes are met

Develop and monitor quality control documents including shop drawings, submittals, and field reports

Maintain and develop relationships with customers and consultants

Visit sites and meet with G.C.'s / owners to coordinated start dates, site logistics, project readiness and schedule

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working with exterior cladding or sheet metal, at a Project Manager level preferred
• 4-year degree from a recognized architectural, engineering program, construction management, preferred
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings

• Organizational and communication skills

• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS office package

Compensation

Salary Range: $70,000 – $120,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
